The home page suggests that font family names with spaces do not need quotes. However, on macOS, font families like Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono Regular require double quotes ("...") around the name, or else they silently fail to resolve.

The fontFamily docs would be clearer if they showed the full CSS font-family syntax, including quoted names and fallback order. A lot of terminal font issues come from users entering a display name that contains spaces without quotes, or from expecting a font to work when only the non-mono variant is installed. A working example with a fallback monospace family would reduce that ambiguity.
