The package download table headers on the homage page are "64-bit" and "arm64".

Both are 64-bit architectures. Redundant, lol.

The former could disambiguate by selecting a clearer name, like:

• amd64 (Linux, Go notation)
• Intel (macOS notation)
• x86_64 (gcc notation)
• x64 (Microsoft notation)

"64-bit" vs "arm64" is a bit daft as a pairing, since arm64 is also 64-bit. The real distinction is the instruction set, not the bit-width, so the "64-bit" column should say which architecture it actually means.

Any of your suggestions would clear it right up — I'd lean toward x64 or x86_64 as the least ambiguous for most folks, paired with arm64:

x64 / arm64 — nice and tidy, Microsoft-ish
x86_64 / arm64 — my pick, dead clear and symmetrical
amd64 / arm64 — Go/Debian style
Just worth keeping the two column labels in the same naming convention so they read as a matched pair. 👍
