Capability discovery interface #371
Description
It would be useful to introduce a discovery interface to help understand the verification mesh topology and the capabilities of the participating nodes.
As a first step in that direction, we could start offering an overview of a lead verifier's connections using the existing Discovery API, either using the usual "well-known verification" endpoint or a dedicated one.
This could be combined with the existing "capability advertisement" functionality to provide the building blocks for a comprehensive view of the mesh.
