On CCA service_provider is write-only, no read ops. At the moment, the driver just stores the value that the user writes without using it.

Not sure what other CC platforms do, but if we follow the docs it should be removed from the CDDL.

ratsd would be the one to write it, so it’ll still be needed information to understand the service manifest
