404 error response bug: inconsistency with documentation #24

Request https://simple-books-api.glitch.me/books?limit=0

{"error":"Invalid value for query parameter 'limit'. Must be greater than 0."}

Expected result: Request with "limit=0" is not allowed
Actual: Request with "limit=0" returns all books
