New Gum project (perhaps with Monogame) aligns bad until restart #1689

Repro:

Create new Monogame project in VS2022 (OpenGL Desktop)
Follow instructions here: https://docs.flatredball.com/gum/code/monogame/loading-.gumx-gum-project
Add a screen
Add a rectangle
When trying to then align rectangle to the top right with X origin or alignments, it weirdly clips to the top left still

Workaround:

Restart Gum
