Arrow buttons in the explorer loosing track of focused item

Moving an item in the Explorer with ALT + arrow button UP and than a subsequent release of ALT button and pressing DOWN or UP on its own makes the focus jump to the top of the list of items in the Explorer. The behaviour was observed when moving items up in the GameScreen Objects section. Doesn't always apply in Entities.
