Describe the bug

Hi,

I just installed the latest pre-release 26100.4946.69.4 and notice that my file explorer background color turn to dark although i am using light theme

Expected outcome

The file explorer background color should be in white / should not be in dark

Actual outcome

file explorer background color turn to dark

yes, as i saw this ExplorerPatch version is tested on the the newer Windows preview build dev channel, which is 26220.6682, hence my preview build version should be ok right?
anyway, i found out the root cause of this issue, which is because i enabled the advanced setting > Enable SysListView32 for Explorer views.
Once i off this setting, the background back to light
