Account Cropping Issue in ExplorerPatcher

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

Describe the bug

Issue 1:

1. Install EP 22621.4317.67.1.
2. Enable Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar and set primary task bar location to "Right", then restart Explorer.
3. Click Windows logo, then click account profile name.
4. Observe account view behavior.

Expected outcome

Full profile view without any visual cropping.

Actual outcome

Account display is partially cropped, with only half of the GUI visible.

Additional info

Cropping occurs even when taskbar location is on left or top of the screen as well. The only location unaffected is Bottom.

I do have it enabled that's why I didn't check it.

I disabled it an it still occurs.

As part of filing a report for an issue, we require you to disable "register as shell extension". That is why that is there.
