Issue showing right click menu when clicking start bar on non-primary display when StartAllBack is also installed

Before reporting your issue

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

ExplorerPatcher 67.1

Describe the bug

install StartAllBack
Install ExplorerPatcher 67.1
reboot or restart Explorer so you know EP is fully installed
Right-click on the start button or pinned program icon on the start bar on a secondary display

The right-click menu shows briefly but then disappears

when either installed separately there is no issue and it only happens on non-primary display start bars

Expected outcome

The right-click menu should show normally

Actual outcome

The right-click menu shows for a fraction of a second but then it disappears

startisbacks show a message saying "StartAllBack is not should be combined with Explorer Patcher"

I have never seen this message, admittedly I install EP 2nd but still, where is this message?

StartAllBack is never made to be compatible with EP. Due to its closed nature both from the developer itself and the software, there is not much we can do.
