ep_taskbar does not support Windows 11 Font Size accessibility setting

Describe the bug

When using "taskbar style: windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher)", the font size on the taskbar is significantly smaller than rest of the system.
I have:

• system text size set to 150% in accessibility settings
• display zoom to 100% / DPI: 96 (i don't want to increase this setting as it makes some UI elements unnessesarily big)
• all font sizes to 15 pts in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics

despite all the above settings, the text font size on the taskbar still looks like the default 9pts.

Expected outcome

text font size on the taskbar stays in sync with rest of the system

Actual outcome

text font size on the taskbar is smaller than rest of the system

The Windows 10 taskbar does not support this new feature introduced with Windows 11. But once I have more time I can try to make it support. Leaving this open for now.

I observe text size is always back to 100% despite any other setting. On a 4k monitor this is hard. By now I confirm this happens only with explorer patcher enabled. (register as shell extension was currently on, I'll retest with the setting shut off.)

Currently, to obtain readability of file names in windows explorer, I need to change the font size value each time.

For clear understanding, font size value shows e.q. 150% but is 100% despite its shown value. Simply change it to 151% and it will be much bigger. -> Tells me, the 150% is not used but a background 100% value or something like that.
