Has anybody converted a Parallels image to one for use in UTM? (or just plain QEMU)?

So now that UTM is pretty stable, I'd like to get off of the Parallels subscription train and use UTM. Has anybody converted an image in Parallels for use in UTM? If so I'd be VERY interested in what you did, any problems you encountered, etc.

I've got an ARM Parallels Debian 11 server that I run 24/7 in Parallels at home, bridged. I'd like to get it running permanently on UTM.
