fix: Patch PrismJS DOM Clobbering vulnerability

- Added npm override to force prismjs@^1.30.0 (patched version)
- Fixes CVE for DOM Clobbering vulnerability in PrismJS
- All prismjs instances now use v1.30.0 (was v1.27.0 in refractor)
- No breaking changes, just security patch
- Resolves Dependabot alert #1
