When running MIST from an ijm script using a parameter string with values embedded using "&" fails to pass the embedded value to MIST.

For example,
run("MIST", "gridwidth=" + gridW + " gridheight=" + gridH <...>");
works where
gridWidth = parseInt(gridW);
gridHeight = parseInt(gridH);
run("MIST", "gridwidth=&gridWidth gridheight=&gridHeight <...>");
does not.
