Add "Check/Select All" on query parameters

I have checked the following:

Describe the feature you want to add

I want the ability to "Check/Select All" query parameters so that when I have a lots of parameters I can do it all at once and can enable the selected ones as required.

Would be cool to have this for the Headers, Vars and Assert tabs too.
