5G ETS template should take more design inputs from sys_params

Expected Behavior

5G ETS template should take more design inputs from the sys_params file to align with ThermalNetwork design assumptions. Also, more 5G ETS input parameters should be added to schema as needed.

Actual Behavior

Currently, it's only taking the heating heat pump COP value as addressed by issue #666 .
