Add Travis tests

It will be easier to keep track of whether or not pull requests break anything if you test things with Travis. What test framework do you prefer to use to run the tests?

I have a new developer that is on-boarding across most of the UQF repos, and he's volunteered to add testing with Travis. In general, I just use python's unittest.

Obviously the dev that was going to do it didn't. I expect that I'll make a push at it around the next release. However, anyone willing to take this issue on can (see: #162).
