Bug: [Doc] Broken links to Unum Workflow.md in

Describe the bug

The links listed at the top of the CONTRIBUTING.md file under "To keep the quality of the code high, we have a set of guidelines common to all Unum projects" currently lead to a 404 Not Found error.

Affected links:

• What's the procedure?
• How to organize branches?
• How to style commits?

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the CONTRIBUTING.md file in the root directory of this repository.
2. Under the "Contribution Guide" header on lines 10-12, click on any of the three links pointing to the Unum guidelines:

• What's the procedure?
• How to organize branches?
• How to style commits?

3. Observe that GitHub returns a 404: Not Found error.

Expected behavior

These links should point to an updated and active repository/documentation page hosting the overarching Unum contribution guidelines, branch structures, and commit styling (perhaps they were moved to a different repository or wiki?).
