Feature: int4 support

Describe what you are looking for

I'd like to request support for int4 vectors. I have found great success with quantizing high-quality embeddings to int4 with minimal dimunition in accuracy, and, hence, I would like to leverage the space and computational benefits of int4 in usearch. Cheers.
