Description of Bug:
Clicking the scroll bar during a copy/move operation hides the target menu.

It works fine if you use the mouse scroll wheel; the problem is just clicking it, so without using the scroll wheel, it can be mostly unusable.

This has nothing to do with the main scrollbar. You are simply closing the dropdown if you click on something outside of the dropdown area. This is the default behavior of the file tree dropdown.

Here is an example of the same UX issue on a different settings page:

If you then click on the scrollbar to see all dropdown elements, it will be closed, too:

We already trained the user, so he scrolls down first and then clicks on the field, but in theory this issue is present for all pages if you have many disks / a deep folder structure:

For the file manager popup I will disable auto hiding the dropdown as a quick fix.

But in general the dropdown should open upwards if there is not enough space at the bottom of the page and it should no use space outside of the visible area.

Am I able to use the most recent master on my dev server or do I need to publish the webgui repo files on my own? e.g. in your video you are using 7.3.0-beta.0.5 which seems to contain the most recent master files.

I had several time-consuming issues, while creating the additional PRs which were caused by a mixed state of my dev server 😒

Oh no! I think you may be able to publish master to your dev server with FTP if you want, as far as I know the changes from 7.2.3 are not significant enough to break much, you may have some buttons that don't work but otherwise it should be totally fine to use.
