TimePicker doesn't open in nested Flyout #22889

Current behavior 🐛
TimePicker and DatePicker won't open again after being dismissed (either by clicking the 'x' or clicking off) within a nested Flyout. DatePicker also won't open after selecting a date for the first time
Expected behavior 🎯
TimePicker and DatePicker continually open the nested Flyout when requested
