This is off topic but with .NET 9, will this essentially be the equivalent of Blazor's current .NET 9 wasm? Or will the properties in Uno be gone and use the same ones that .net 9 blazor wasm uses?

This will be the same underlying runtime binaries, installed using workloads, but it will not use the same bootstrapping APIs that Blazor uses. Uno will continue to provide Threading support, though this particular topic n .NET 9 is particularly difficult and the runtime team have made changes that are causing a lot of breaks, but still, this is a story in development.
