Return type not blittable

Seemingly out of nowhere (probably some unrelated change related to regenerating our bindings recently) has caused P/Invoke generation to fail again, specifically now with structs like GameControllerButtonBind

  [00:00:03.1314056] Could not get pinvoke, or callbacks for method S_SDL_GameControllerGetBindForButton: System.InvalidOperationException: The return type 'Silk.NET.SDL.GameControllerButtonBind' of pinvoke callback method 'Silk.NET.SDL.GameControllerButtonBind S_SDL_GameControllerGetBindForButton(Silk.NET.SDL.GameController*, Silk.NET.SDL.GameControllerButton)' needs to be blittable. (TaskId:296)

The only thing that seems sus in that struct is GameControllerBindType, which is an enum : int, all other fields of the struct are normal ints, or structs only made of ints too, this is using Uno.Wasm.Bootstrap Version 7.0.7
