[Commerce] Add/Remove Buttons in Cart Are Non-Functional

Current Behavior:

Tapping or clicking the plus (“+”) or minus (“-”) buttons in the cart does not update the item quantity or the total.

Expected Behavior:

The plus and minus buttons should increment or decrement the item quantity, and the cart total should update accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build and run the application.
2. Click on the “Cart” icon.
3. Attempt to press the plus or minus buttons next to any item.
4. Observe that the item quantity remains unchanged, and the cart total does not update.
