[Commerce] Quantity number in cart is not vertically aligned

Current Behavior:

The numerical quantity of items displayed in the cart view appears not vertically aligned.

Expected Behavior:

The quantity number should be properly centered and vertically aligned within its container for a polished look and consistent user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build and run the application.
2. Click on the “Cart” icon.
3. Look at the quantity number displayed for any cart item and observe it is not centrally aligned vertically.
