DateTime	Date	Displays the current date and time
	Time	Displays the current time

Lart
	add (message)	Adds a new lart to the database (message must contain $who)
	delete (id)	removes the lart with (id) from the database
	info (id)	displays information about the lart with (id)
	list	list all lart IDs in the database
	(thing)	picks a lart at random and insults (thing)
Rand	(none)	Repeats a random line from the channel log
Say	(none)	Makes the bot say things
