hsb.4 issues

This file contains the last update of English Wiktionary but a certain number of conversions need to be developed: 
1. Cyrillic and Roman lemmas are fixed in this file so should be separate files. 
2. allomorphy should be better distinguished than (u/e) or (u) or (a)
