Please clearly indicate within the Unicode Utilities that feedback should be directed here

When I came across a bug in https://util.unicode.org/UnicodeJsps/list-unicodeset.jsp (see #54 ), I looked for a link to "report an issue", "give feedback", or something similar, but couldn't find anything. There are no links on the actual utilities pages. The first thing I looked at was the "help" page which has a link in the left-nav for "Handling Tickets (bugs/enhancements)", but that's for how to deal with what has been reported, not how to report something. The left-nav on the "help" page also has a link for "Change Requests", and that page pointed me to JIRA, located at: https://unicode-org.atlassian.net/projects/CLDR/ . But clearly that wasn't the appropriate forum for that type of issue.

So, perhaps a link can be added to the bottom of all of the utilities pages for "Issues", that points here.

And, please consider adding a "Source" link as well to the bottom of all of the utilities pages, pointing to:
https://github.com/unicode-org/unicodetools

I think that for bug reports we should probably point to https://www.unicode.org/reporting.html rather than this repo. Should discuss.

I looked at the https://www.unicode.org/reporting.html page and it's not entirely clear where problems with the Unicode Utilities should be sent. Maybe "Report Problem with Website", but this isn't the general website. Also, even if one does use that form to send in an issue, it's not clear if there will be any communication beyond that point, or possibility to clarify.

On the other hand, this area that we are using right now seems perfectly suited to this task. Since the code is here, that makes it so much easier to do some research before posting the issue and maybe even linking directly to the code in question. I can't think of a more appropriate place.

If that excludes people without a GitHub account from reporting an issue, then perhaps a note can be added guiding those people to use the "Report Problem with Website" page. However, given the nature of these utilities, I would expect that most users of these utilities (especially those who might notice a bug and be willing to report it) are fairly technical and most likely already have an account here. I mean, these utilities aren't exactly highly visible on the site (at least they weren't years ago when I first found them), so I doubt they're getting much general public traffic (i.e. people looking for emojis, basic Unicode info, etc).
