Hi @sapumalxep and @palindaa I started reviewing the emails and notifications doc (attached excel spreadsheet) that Sapumal sent but noticed that it is out of date as was based on SLCF. Please send me the udpated excel sheet to review when there is one.

In the meantime I've attached a version with some of my changes (in red) and comment to the old emails. The main comment is please add "Your action is required" anywhere where there is an action required, pending, and link to where that action is.

HI @ShehanKD01 I've reviewed the email tab and sending back comments here
Main, general comment is please let's add "Your action is required" to email header and body where pending action is required.
I notice we haven't written the notifications yet for Credit Issuance/Retirement please can we incorporate similar principles where I commented. Can you please also upload the full list of email to this thread when finished so we can keep track.
