Upgrade v13 to v17: Missing target folder name in the dialog message when restoring a content #20520

Bug summary
After upgrading from v13 to v17 using a clean starter kit project (SQLite), when restoring a trashed content item (which is migrated data - not newly created content after upgrading), the message only displays 'Restore to' without the target content folder name.

Steps to reproduce
1.Install a clean starter kit project with version 13.11.0
2. Upgrade to v17.0.0-beta
3. Trash a content - which is migrated data (not newly created content after upgrading)
4. Go to Recycle Bin and restore the content
Expected result / actual result
The message only displays 'Restore to' without the target content folder name.
