Db json & search

I started using the library and it's working great. I had in mind to use markdown exclusivly, but as json is recommended and working well, I proceed with json for now.

I'm wondering how you implement a "global search" feature if you store data only in json in db ? Or you store the data in json and MD to be able to look for content later?

Yeah, perhaps it makes sense to store in markdown along with JSON representation to support global search.

And/or having a dedicated representation "text-only" for this purpose ? MD is probably nice enough tho.

Hi @jycouet ,

Markdown works well as it takes care of alt text for images.

If you don't pass any transformers to the convertToMarkdownString function, it will just return the text. You may have to write a simple transformer for handling newline though.
