Development experience with hot reload

Hi,
As I was developing table resizer feature I found it very annoying on how to get hot reload the library while in my browser was running demos/playground.
Author of this repo @umaranis gave me an advice to run packages/svelte-lexical with the demo routes. And it was okay.
I'm opening a discussion, because there is another way with svelte-package --watch. If you link e.g. playground with svelte-lexical and then in the separate terminal run svelte-package --watch everything will work with hot reload.

I'm asking, because maybe there is a space to add it into project? Tbh I don't know much about pnpm workspaces, but they seem to not working as expected.
