In the example on https://github.com/uliska/lilyponds-scheme/blob/master/scheme/docs/conditionals/cond.md the random procedure is not seeded, so the result is always 61, which is both confusing and actually makes the example moot.

See https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2020-01/msg00496.html and update the example.
