403 error from nginx

Hope this is the right forum. I searched for help but didn't find anything, which makes me think I'm in the wrong place or I'm doing something silly :)
When I try to create an incident I get:

<title>403 Forbidden</title>

nginx I do get an auth token successfully, so maybe I haven't set up my account correctly? I'm hitting this URL: /incident/{entityId}
