To enable running NI API as a standalone object

  • TC type column in config
  • Channel type (RSE/Diff)
  • TDMS logging as a separate option

Added acquisition with minimal config file needed for initiating NI task.

If "Chart" in config or formulae file is "None", the post processing is skipped.
