I remmember that @jenningsloy318 has made some efforts about packagin on Fedora (#235 #320 ). Maybe you can do some collaboration.

I did work on making a spec-I'm relatively new to RPM packaging.

The build is fine and I need to look a bit into what fits in pkgconfig but things we'll later figure out

Then it's a matter of subpackages produced by one (if you know what I mean)

It can only really be done collaboratively, later I'll push my spec progress so far in the repo branch
