Pyrometer and Flowmeter diagnostics

The pyrometer and flowmeter diagnostic schemas have been created but need to be reflected in the UI.

• Construct object to handle the schema fields
• Create form to collect this data
• Verify the output JSON looks like the expected example output

This should be relatively similar to the process previously done to add the coil metadata
