If there is package in the current project that is for example at the #main branch, then calling freeze() is creating an
invalid compat entry like this:

PkgHelpers = "=0.3.0 `https://github.com/ufechner7/PkgHelpers.jl.git#main`"

Is this something that is reproducible purely by a particular Project.toml or does it need changes to the Manifest.toml too?
