[Feature] Support for Pluggable Vector DBs (Qdrant/Milvus)

ChromaDB works perfectly for the 100k-node local benchmark, but enterprise users deploying Mycelium in the cloud will likely request Qdrant or Milvus support. We need to abstract the SemanticSearchEngine class to accept vector-store plugins.
