Add a blurb in the docs that starting from scratch may be useful

For context, we've seen some cases where developers with previous unfinished setups have issues picking back up where they left of. For now, a blurb in the docs could work, though it might be useful to have a nuke-all type option with multiple checks (given its destructive nature) for those wanting to clear anything potentially getting in the way of the setup process.
