Mismatch in CoSpike co-simulation about WLRL CSR registers #258

Hi team, I came across an issue in CoSpike cosimulation,
and posted in chipyard since here doesn't seem to have active support.
Actually I locate the affecting code in $chipyard/generators/testchipip/csrc/cospike_impl.cc, which seems belonging to this project.
