graphviz have libgvc6-config-update binary but no `dot` symlink

I noticed that both the SDK and the  GNOME runtime snap don't have a `usr/bin/dot` symlink pointing to `usr/sbin/libgvc6-config-update` executable, but libgvc6-config-update exists.

So, seems that symlinks from the .deb packages are not being maintained in the snap creation and that makes impossible to call dot.
