Support for JPEG XL

Wondering if you could add JPEG XL ( jxl ) support to eog?

If someone wants to work on this, you'd need the jpeg-xl library built with -DJPEGXL_ENABLE_PLUGIN_GDKPIXBUF:BOOL=ON . This wasn't done in Ubuntu 24.04 LTS but is done in Ubuntu 24.10. Ubuntu 24.04 LTS also has an older version of the jpeg-xl library and there is good reason to want the newer version from Ubuntu 24.10.

eog 47.beta adds jpeg-xl to the .desktop MimeType list which is helpful too.

Shotwell could also benefit from jpeg-xl support.

Perhaps this should be done in the gnome content snap?
