@JokerDevops It looks at the contents of a virtual file like /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu.max for cgroups v2 or /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu/cpu.cfs_quota_us and /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu/cpu.cfs_period_us for cgroups v1 to calculate it. In Kubernetes, for example, setting the resource limits of a pod (container) will change the values read from these files.
