Notes when marking taskQuestions

Description

Problem: I noticed when I am marking my demos, sometimes the student will only be partially done or something, meaning I usually need to write notes in a separate file for these cases.

Solution: Add a "Mark done with note" button that will pop open a modal that will let the user write any notes in regards to the demo being marked. This then needs to get shown somehow on the lab report modal.
