There have been a handful of changes to the project that could be contributed upstream to Harvard's repo. Some of the changes are specific to our multi account deployment and need to be revised to better align with a single account deployment.

Specifically, the change from Lambda to Fargate task for InitTable and the need for an ECR repo need to be revised.
