Add session and transaction management page

Problem to Solve

We should write a page on managing sessions and transactions to help our users standardise the length of time a session is open, the length and size of transaction operations, and benefits/issues with deviating too much from the recommendations.

Current Workaround

Trial and error/community discord messages!

Proposed Solution

Add transaction and session management page.
