Do you have your git repo publicly available for our reveiw? I found, when I started, that instead of placing everything 'perfectly' in the chezmoi source state, using chezmoi add from the home dir worked much better, and I learned about the process. Maybe try that |

I've been working on getting my dotfiles on a new machine. So after I did
init, answered my prompt questions. I went toapply. I got errors about some nested directories not being created which caused the apply to fail. I thought the whole directory structured would be created? Here's an edited sample of output from
chezmoi managedFiles like
.config/git/configandDocuments/PowerShell/Profile/Aliases.ps1fail because the target doesn't exist. I know 😄, I'm trying to create the target. Then I started doing testing, and noticed, if I create a brand new file in my source state,
Documents/PowerShell/Profile/Test.ps1.tmpland then I runchezmoi apply Documents/PowerShell/Profiles/Test.ps1it fails withAm I doing something wrong?
