post hook condition

The hook works perfectly without the condition.

I need chezmoi to check whether the directory exists. Only run the hook if the directory exists.

But somehow it's not working, even though all the variables are correct. Please help me figure this out.

What file did you put the hook in? If it is in ~/.config/chezmoi/chezmoi.toml then it will not work, as this file is not a template. If you put it in ~/.local/share/chezmoi/.chezmoi.toml.tmpl then it will not work because you will need to regenerate your config file and the $zenReleasePath variable will not be set.

Instead, write a wrapper shell script around certutil that checks the condition and call this shell script from the hook instead of calling certutil directly.

The file is located at .local/share/chezmoi/home/.chezmoi.toml.tmpl.

I apply it after running chezmoi init and chezmoi apply.

Ahh my mistake. I fixed it. I repeated the /home part
