Upgrade to 1.6.6 failed

Bug Description

Self-hosted version.
Went from 1.15 to 1.16.X and it systematically failed.
Workspace version in DB is still 1.15 and I can't connect anymore.

I tried 1.6.0, 1.6.3 and 1.6.6, with no changes.

Expected behavior

No issue with upgrade.

Technical inputs

Two errors in logs:

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "PK_..." Key (id)=(257) already exists

and

ERROR: column "universalIdentifier" of relation "fieldMetadata" contains null values

@BersteinMilza update from 1.15 to 1.16.X or 1.6.X? You shouldn't downgrade by several version at the time, only one

I apologize, it was indeed an update from 1.15 to 1.16.X, absolutely not 1.6.
